पेटलावद ।जिला प्रशासन और जनप्रतिनिधियों के द्वारा कुछ दिनों पूर्व आगामी 10 मार्च को झाबुआ जिले के स्थापना दिवस के रूप में मनाए जाने का निर्णय लिया था ।जिसको लेकर लगातार मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया में खबर भी प्रकाशित हो रही है ।वही शासन प्रशासन के इस निर्णय को लेकर कई लोगों के द्वारा अलग-अलग प्रकार से अपने-अपने राय भी व्यक्त की जा रही है ।जहां शासन प्रशासन और निर्णय लेने वाले जनप्रतिनिधियों के द्वारा जिले के स्थापना दिवस की कोई निश्चित तारीख नहीं होने से 10 मार्च जो कि इस वर्ष आदिवासी अंचल का प्रसिद्ध भगोरिया पर्व का प्रारंभ हो रहा है उसी को झाबुआ जिले का स्थापना दिवस मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया।
आ रही है निरन्तर प्रतिक्रिया.....
जिसको लेकर अलग-अलग प्रतिक्रियाएं आ रही है वहीं इसी संदर्भ में पेटलावद क्षेत्र के एक वरिष्ठ युवा के द्वारा इस संदर्भ में जिला कलेक्टर सोमेश मिश्रा और मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिखकर 10 मार्च को आयोजित और मनाए जाने वाले झाबुआ के स्थापना दिवस को होलाष्टक या भगोरिया पर्व के शुभारंभ पर मनाये जाने के निर्णय पर तर्क सहित अपने विचार लिखे है।
पंचांग ओर ज्योतिष गणना पर मनाते है त्योहार.....
पत्र लिखते हुए श्री अशोक कुमार वर्मा के द्वारा बताया गया कि हिंदुओं के सभी प्रमुख त्योहार ओर पर्व पंचांग ओर ज्योतिषीय गणना के आधार पर मनाए जाते हैं ।
ऐसी स्थिति में यह जरूरी नहीं कि होलाष्टक का प्रथम दिन या भगोरिया पर्व हर वर्ष 10 मार्च को ही होगा। क्योंकि हर वर्ष ज्योतिषी गणना और पंचांग के अनुसार होली एवं होलाष्टक का समय ,तारीख और तिथि बदल जाएगी।
हर वर्ष बदल जाएगी तारीख.....
इसलिए यदि होलाष्टक से ही भगोरिया पर्व प्रारंभ होता है और भगोरिया पर्व प्रारंभ होने के दिन को यदि झाबुआ का स्थापना दिवस मनाया जाता है तो प्रतिवर्ष होलाष्टक एवं भगोरिया पर्व की तारीख अलग-अलग आएगी जिससे हर वर्ष अलग-अलग दिनांकों को झाबुआ का स्थापना दिवस मनाया जाएगा जिससे कई प्रकार की भ्रांतियां उत्पन्न होगी। ऐसी स्थिति में प्रतिवर्ष अलग-अलग दिनों में अगर झाबुआ का स्थापना दिवस मनाया जाएगा तो उसका क्या औचित्य रहेगा?
मनाये झाबुआ उत्सव दिवस....
आदिवासी अंचल के भगोरिया पर्व के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए अपने पत्र में आगे श्री अशोक वर्मा के द्वारा यह भी श्रीमान कलेक्टर महोदय को लिखा है कि जब झाबुआ के स्थापना दिवस और तारीख में मत अंतर है तो ऐसी स्थिति में 10 मार्च को झाबुआ का स्थापना दिवस मनाने की बजाय सिर्फ झाबुआ उत्सव दिवस के रूप में मनाते हुए भगोरिया और आदिवासी अंचल की संस्कृति और परंपरा का प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए, जिससे जिले को नई पहचान मिल सके इसलिये 10 मार्च को *झाबुआ उत्सव दिवस* के रूप में मनाया जाना चाहिये न कि झाबुआ स्थापना दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाय। यह सारी बात पत्र तर्क सहित सविस्तार लिखी गयी है।
क्षेत्र की परंपरा के है जानकार.....
उल्लेखनीय है कि एम.ए . एम. काम. तक अध्ययन कर चुके श्री अशोक वर्मा शुरू से ही आदिवासी अंचल की संस्कृति परंपराओं को अच्छी तरीके से जानने समझने वाले जागरुक व्यक्ति हैं ,इनके द्वारा कलेक्टर को लिखे गए पत्र की प्रतिलिपि मुख्यमंत्री मध्यप्रदेश शासन को भी प्रेषित की गई है ।

खैर अब देखना यह है कि क्षेत्र के जागरूक और संस्कृति को जानने वाले लोगों की राय को कलेक्टर साहब और प्रशासन तथा जनप्रतिनिधि किस रूप में लेते हैं लेकिन यह निर्विवाद हो चला है कि आगामी 10 मार्च को झाबुआ का स्थापना दिवस मनाने का निर्णय प्रशासन और जनप्रतिनिधियों के लिए द्वारा लिया गया है । उसमें क्षेत्र के संस्क्रति ओर परम्परा ओर रेकार्ड व तथ्यों के जानकार लोगो की बिना सलाह मशवरे और जानकारी एकत्रित किये बिना लिया गया निर्णय है ,जिसे क्षेत्र के रहवासी अपने अपने स्तर से प्रशासन तक संस्क्रति परम्परा की बात पहुचाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।
